We provide services with reasonable care and skill as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Corrections
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 5 days (ideally 48 hours). We offer a free correction where reasonably possible after assessment.

Refunds
– Refunds are not normally given for completed services.
– Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
– If we fail to meet legal standards, you may be entitled to correction, price reduction or refund.

14-Day Cooling-Off
Applies to distance contracts (prepaid online services not yet started).

Aftercare
Following aftercare instructions is essential. Failure to do so may void the guarantee.

Contact us first. If unresolved — you may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
