1. Bookings and Deposits
A deposit (usually 30% or fixed amount) may be required. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment or in case of no-show.
2. Cancellations and No-Shows
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellation or no-show results in loss of deposit and may lead to full service charge or refusal of future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time. Full price may still apply.
4. Services and Results
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill according to the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Results vary depending on hair/skin condition, previous treatments, aftercare and individual factors. We do not guarantee exact results as in photos.
5. Health, Allergies and Patch Tests
You must inform us about any allergies, medical conditions, medications or pregnancy. Patch test is strongly recommended 24–48 hours before colouring, chemical, lash or brow services. We are not liable for reactions if information is not provided.
6. Payments
Full payment is due on the day of the appointment.
7. Minors
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Parental consent is required.
8. Photography
Before/after photos may be taken for internal records. Photos for social media require your explicit consent.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the service (to the extent permitted by law). We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control.
11. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Ireland.
